  • Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

    Events:

    • Any person making an online reservation for any Callaway Chamber of Commerce event may cancel and receive a full refund if the Callaway Chamber of Commerce has been contacted by phone or email at least 2 business days prior to the event registration deadline. No refunds will be given after this time.
    • Event registration refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
    • If an event is cancelled by the Callaway Chamber of Commerce, a full refund will be given.
  • Advertising/Marketing:

    • No refund will be given for advertising or marketing options purchased through the web site. All sales are final.

    Membership Dues:

    • Membership dues are non-refundable.
