Jim Marshall of Jefferson City has shared his message at William Woods in the part years returns to talk about the prescription monitoring bill in Missouri, synthetic marijuana and the status of marijuana legalization in Missouri. Marshall lost his 20-year-old son, Cody in 2011 to a herion overdose. Since then he has proactively turned a tragic event into an opportunity to educate high school and college students on the wide variety of drug-related topics.
